Application X Phillipsburg N.J.  will be switching to to run on generator power on 5/21/2013 for a building power system upgrade.  JCPL will cut the main power feed at 8 P.M. EDT and restore grid power at 8 A.M. EDT on 5/22/2013. Generation and battery systems have been prepared and tested. This will Be non-service effecting.
