  1. Open Outlook 2013.
  2. Click the File tab, then click the Add Account button.
  3. Choose the Manual setup or additional server types option, then click Next.
  4. Choose the POP or IMAP option, then click Next.
  5. In the Your Name box, enter your name
  6. In the E-mail Address box, type your full email address (ex. name@yourdomain.com).
  7. Select POP3 Account Type.
  8. In the Incoming mail server box, enter your mail domain (ex. mail.yourdomain.com)
  9. In the Outgoing mail server (SMTP) box, enter your mail domain again (ex. mail.yourdomain.com)
  10. In the User Name box, enter your full email address (ex. name@yourdomain.com)
  11. In the Password box, type your email password.
  12. Click Email and then click next.
  13. Under User Information, verify and correct the following:
    • In the Your Name box, make sure your name appears as you want it to appear to other people.
    • In the Email Address box, make sure your full email address appears (ex. name@yourdomain.com).
  14. Under Server Informationconfigure the following settings:
    • Set the Account Type option to POP3.
    • In the Incoming Mail Server box, enter the mail server you have been assigned (typicall mail.yourdomain.com).
    • In the Outgoing Mail Server box, enter the mail server you have been assigned (typicall mail.yourdomain.com).
  15. Under Login Informationconfigure the following settings:
    • Set the User Name box to your full email address (ex. name@yourdomain.com).
    • In the Password box, enter your email password
    • If you want Outlook to remember your password, check the Remember password option. Otherwise, you will be prompted to enter your password each time you open Outlook.
  16. Click Next to complete the account creation wizard
