When sharing an Exchange calendar from a Windows version of Outlook, Outlook will automatically send an email to user you selected. If you used your local address book to generate the invitation, Outlook may have misinterpreted the recipients ability to connect to your calendar and generated an invalid link. When this link is clicked, you may get a message indicating that the Folder is Invalid or the Folder does not exist.

To prevent this issue, make sure to use the Global Address List (GAL) when sending the sharing invitation.

1. In Outlook, right click on the Exchange calendar you wish to share and choose the Share Calendar option.
2. In the Sharing Invitation window, click on the "To..." button.
3. In the Select Names dialog that opens, make sure you set the Address Book to "Global Address List".
4. Highlight the recipient and then click the "To ->" button. (You can repeat this step to add multiple recipients).
5. Click OK.

You can now send the Sharing Invitation as usual and the recipient should receive the correct sharing link.
