Fixing the contact form 7 issue with new update:

 Go to contact---contact forms

1. Select the form with the issue
2. Go the mail tab
3. Fill in fields as such
   1. TO:                           sample@sample.com (regular email)
   2. FROM:                        [your-name] <[email]>
   3. SUBJECT:                    sample subject (regular text for subject on email)
   4. MESSAGE BODY:

                              From: [your-name] <[your-email]>

                              Subject: [your-subject]

                              Message Body: [your-message]   

                              --

                              This e-mail was sent from a contact form on Sample, (http://www.sample.com)
